I’m still in shock. For some reason it still doesn’t feel real. Our little one was measuring exactly on schedule (8w6d) and had a heart rate of 176 bpm. Everything checked out as perfectly as can be expected. Our chances of miscarriage at this point are 5%.
I’m so thankful right now. Thank you all for the prayers and thoughts as these past few weeks haven’t been easy.
For today, I’m thankful for this precious little person growing inside me. I hope he/she knows how much they are already loved.
