I always look forward to Friday. Every morning I ask my husband “Is it Friday yet?” Friday’s mean the weekend is just upon us!
My husband leaves for GA tomorrow to see his brother defend his thesis so he can finally receive his PhD. He isn’t coming home till Tuesday. I’m looking at this time alone as some quality me time! I’m looking forward to having my mom over tomorrow night to watch “My Sister’s Keeper”. I heard it was a chick flick and real tear jerker so I thought my mom would be the best person to watch it with.
I’m going to take some time to just pamper myself too. We could all use that once in awhile right? I’m dreading next week as Wednesday is my boss’s last day so I’m going to try and enjoy this weekend to the fullest.

My husband travels for work about once every other month or so. While I do miss him, I admit that I kind of like the time to myself. Like you said, I watch my chick flicks and get all of my proper pampering in. I hope that this weekend can be relaxing and fulfilling for you as well. Take care!
