Mother's Ring

I am having a ring made to honor my two angels. It is going to have the birthstones and then I’m having their names engraved. I thought my ring would have been in now but haven’t heard anything so I called the jeweler.

I gave the jeweler my name and she said, “Is it a mother’s ring?” I had to pause for a second because I wasn’t sure how to answer that. I guess I didn’t know how to answer it at first. After a bit, I said yes. The situation reminded me that I AM A MOTHER. Even if my children aren’t here in person, I still am a mom. I guess I forget that sometimes. I always say, I so want to be a mother. Well I already am one. From the moment of conception I was a mom.

What I am getting IS a mother’s ring. It’s a ring I will wear to honor my children. Even though they are angels they are still my children. By wearing my ring I hope to feel closer to them.
I hoping this weekend or the beginning of next I will finally get my ring. I will post a photo of it once received.
